Glory beyond the game. Eucleya exists for the wins you help create for someone else — mentorship and volunteering built around sport.

Organizations post what they need

A club, school, team, or nonprofit creates a profile. Our team verifies it, then it can post volunteer roles.

People choose how to take part

Adults can create an individual account and add capabilities such as mentoring, volunteering, parenting or guardianship, and adult training partnerships. Organizations use a separate account type to post volunteer roles.

Youth participation stays parent-led

Children do not have accounts. Parents or guardians manage youth mentorship invitations, scheduling, and communication. One-to-one youth mentors must be 18 or older and approved by Eucleya. Profile approval is not a background check.

  • Express interest in a role; the organization can respond.
  • Confirm participation and track commitments on your feed.

The parent journey, step by step

You manage your child’s participation through your adult account. Young people do not have accounts or take part in direct messaging.

    Create a mentee profile

    A parent or guardian manages the young athlete’s profile and participation through their adult account.

    Choose an approved mentor

    Browse the athlete directory and compare experience, skills, and availability. Mentors available for one-to-one work are marked as approved.

  3. 3

    Ask the mentor for help

    Choose a mentor and share the goals and format you have in mind. The parent or guardian sends the invitation.

  4. 4

    Stay in charge

    The mentor accepts or declines. If accepted, the parent or guardian schedules and coordinates directly with the mentor in the platform, and can cancel at any point.

An individual account can have multiple adult capabilities, including mentor, volunteer, parent or guardian, and adult training partner. Organization accounts are a separate permanent account type for managing volunteer roles. Create an account →
