Using Eucleya

By creating an account you agree to these terms. Eucleya connects athletes with clubs, schools, teams, and nonprofits for volunteering, mentorship, and community support. You agree to use the platform honestly and lawfully, and to provide accurate information about yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

Who can join

Athletes (professional, college, former, and high school), organizations, and parents and guardians. One account can hold several of these capabilities. Accounts are for adults; there are no accounts for minors.

Youth participation and safety

Every request involving a young person is submitted and managed by a parent, guardian, or authorized organization representative, who stays involved in scheduling and communication.

The platform does not offer chat or private video calls between adults and minors. One-to-one mentorship is coordinated by the adults involved.

Only admin-approved adult athletes can accept one-to-one youth mentorship requests. High school athletes can take part in supervised group volunteering with guardian approval.

Profile approval and organization verification are not background checks. We never display a background-check badge without an actual, documented review.

Direct messaging

Legal-age athletes with approved profiles can connect and message each other directly. Either participant can decline, block, or report a conversation at any time.

Youth mentorship threads always run between the guardian and the mentor. A young person is never a direct participant in any message thread.

Acceptable use

Do not misrepresent who you are, impersonate others, harass or endanger anyone, post unlawful or harmful content, or use the platform for commercial solicitation outside its purpose.

Every profile and listing has a report action. We review reports and can suspend accounts, hide profiles and listings, and keep an audit trail of decisions. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or our safety rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give Eucleya permission to display it on the platform as needed to operate the service (for example, showing a published opportunity or an approved public profile).

No warranty

The platform is provided as-is. We work to keep it safe and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every user or organization is who they claim to be, and we are not a party to any agreement between an athlete and an organization.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform before they take effect.
