Youth participation is managed by adults
There are no accounts for minors. A parent, guardian, or authorized organization representative submits and manages every request for a young athlete, and stays involved in scheduling and communication.
No direct adult-to-minor contact through the platform
Eucleya does not offer chat or private video calls between adults and minors. One-to-one mentorship is coordinated by the adults involved — the guardian and the athlete.
Only approved adult athletes accept one-to-one requests
An admin must approve an athlete as an adult mentor before they can accept a one-to-one youth request. High school athletes can join supervised group volunteering with guardian approval, but cannot accept one-to-one youth mentorship requests.
Profile approval is not a background check
Approval and verification mean our team reviewed the profile or organization on this platform. We never display a background-check badge without an actual, documented review.
Every profile and listing has a report action
Anyone can report a concern. Reports go to the safety team, which can suspend users, hide profiles and listings, and keep an audit trail of its decisions.
