Who we are
Eucleya is a platform that connects professional, college, former, and high school athletes with clubs, schools, teams, and nonprofits that need their help. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, and password. Your password is stored only in an encrypted form.
Profile information you choose to provide: for athletes, details like your sport, level, location, bio, and availability; for organizations, details like your name, mission, location, and logo.
Content you create: opportunity listings, mentee profiles, applications, mentorship requests, messages you send through the platform, and reports of concern.
Usage information: basic analytics about how the platform is used, such as which pages are visited and which actions are completed, so we can improve the service.
How we use your information
To operate your account and show you relevant opportunities, athlete profiles, and organizations.
To review and verify profiles and organizations, and to enforce our safety rules.
To send you notifications about your applications, requests, and account activity, and — if you choose — service emails.
To keep an audit trail of safety and moderation decisions.
We do not sell your personal information.
What others can see
Public directory information (approved athlete profiles, verified organizations, published opportunities) is visible to anyone using the platform.
Applications, mentorship requests, mentee profiles, and message threads are visible only to you, the other participant, and our team.
We share an organization’s or athlete’s relevant details with each other only as needed to process a specific application or request.
Young people
There are no accounts for minors. All information about a young athlete is submitted and managed by a parent, guardian, or authorized organization representative. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
How long we keep information
We keep your information while your account is active, and afterwards only as needed for safety records, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. You can request deletion of your account and personal information at any time.
Your choices
You can review and edit your profile information, adjust what is public or private where the platform allows it, and contact us to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
You can turn off optional emails. Service and safety notifications about your account activity are required for the platform to function.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform before they take effect.
