USA Swimming rules require two timers per lane. Without volunteers, meets simply cannot be sanctioned.
Eligibility
18 or older.
Expected time
One 3-hour session, morning or afternoon
Instructions
Sitting is involved. You press a button when the swimmer touches the wall — the briefing takes ten minutes and the view of the pool is unbeatable.
